Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and lucki8 ("lucki8," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at lucki8.bio. By creating an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the lucki8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the lucki8 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

lucki8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform's on-site notification system or by email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on lucki8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. lucki8 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is solely your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• Identity: You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity — and must register using your own true and accurate personal information.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active lucki8 account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your account through lucki8's Responsible Gaming tools or any other gaming operator's exclusion scheme that covers lucki8.

lucki8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time and to suspend account activity until such documents have been reviewed and accepted. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security

When registering a lucki8 account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify lucki8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. lucki8 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available free of charge from your account settings.

• Accuracy: All registration details — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must match your official identity documents. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Password: Your password must be kept private. lucki8 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If someone claiming to represent lucki8 requests your password, treat this as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
• Session Security: Always log out of your lucki8 account when using shared or public devices. lucki8's automatic session timeout feature does not substitute for manually logging out on shared devices.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting lucki8 support. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please use the dedicated self-exclusion tool available under account settings rather than simply closing your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

lucki8 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process. The following payment methods are accepted:

lucki8 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of lucki8 — please consult your bank or mobile wallet provider for their applicable charges.

Funds deposited into your lucki8 account may only be used for the purpose of placing wagers on the lucki8 platform. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity — including as a means of transferring money — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

lucki8 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page, which supplement and must be read in conjunction with these master Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, these master Terms shall prevail unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the lucki8 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are set out in the promotion-specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in all bonus balances being voided.
• Abuse: lucki8 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, exploiting software errors, participating using two or more accounts, or placing structured bets designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the lucki8 platform — whether on cricket, other sports, casino table games, slots, or Lucky Dice — are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your selections before confirming any bet. lucki8 will not reverse a confirmed wager on the grounds of a change of mind.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or wager, lucki8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to players. Any winnings paid as a result of an error, system fault, or manifestly incorrect odds are not considered valid and lucki8 reserves the right to recover such amounts from player balances.

• Cricket Betting: All cricket markets — including PSL, international T20 series, and Test matches — are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are handled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live Dealer: All live dealer game outcomes are governed by the rules of the respective game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, andar bahar) as displayed in the game interface. Disconnections do not void completed rounds.
• Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Each spin is an independent event; past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• Lucky Dice: Lucky Dice game rules, payout tables, and house edge information are displayed within the Lucky Dice game interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucki8 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers on your behalf without lucki8's explicit prior written consent.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or transfer funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false identity documents, submitting fraudulent payment information, or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which wagers are offered on lucki8.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lucki8 platform — including but not limited to the lucki8 name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of lucki8 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lucki8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the lucki8 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of the lucki8 platform.
• Use the lucki8 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context that implies affiliation with or endorsement by lucki8.
• Create derivative works based on lucki8 content or game formats without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, lucki8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to access — the lucki8 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services.
• Technical faults, connectivity issues, or server outages beyond lucki8's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during the registration or verification process.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any bank transfer intermediary).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lucki8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other circumstances, lucki8's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

lucki8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, players will be notified via on-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor editorial corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights may be applied without prior notice.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and lucki8 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
